Why should we upgrade our robots instead of replacing them with new or used equipment?

A CenterLine Automation Services, Inc. robot upgrade provides all the benefits of contemporary controls and servo repeatability without the cost of a new robot. Unlike most "used equipment dealers", we fully support the robot with service, parts, technical assistance and back our work with a 2-year warranty.

What if we need a robot to run production on the molding machine while our robot is being upgraded?

CenterLine Automation Services, Inc. has a number of loaner robots available that can be used to keep your molding machine automated while we upgrade your robot.

How do we send the robot to CenterLine Automation Services, Inc.?

CenterLine Automation Services, Inc. can make transport of the robot easier by providing a set of our steel shipping legs. These legs bolt to the bottom of the robot beam allowing the robot to be rolled onto the truck eliminating the cost of constructing a custom skid or crate.

How do we start the upgrade process?

The process starts when you contact one of our sales personnel and we discuss your robot and molding applications.

How long does the upgrade process take?

It depends on the size and condition of the robot we're upgrading but we'll provide a comprehensive quote after we evaluate your robot and application.

What happens after the robot is upgraded?

Our service department will schedule a re-installation and training appointment with you. This ensures that the robot is correctly re-installed on your machine and that your personnel are properly trained on the new controls.
